The department conducts seminars time to time related with all aspects of computer science and engineering trends in the IT sector, The main objective of seminars are, create awareness to the students about the latest IT segments and related aspects, to equip the students about the industry and job demands and to share the experiences of the seniors and the seminar experts.
Art & Culture
It's our belief at our department, that to enhance the skills of our students, they must be provided with opportunities to explore their creativity. So cultural programs are organized several times during the year to encourage creative pursuits and nurture talent. Students form teams and share responsibility in organizing the events.
Every year Teacher's day/ Republic Day/ Independence day is celebrated in this Department.
Every year Fresher’s party is organized to welcome the new comers. It is the culture of this department. The student organized cultural program on this occasion.
Every year Farewell party is also organized the juniors in order to pay respect to the passing out. The speech of honour is given to the seniors to show the respect. The juniors also entertain them by various cultural program on this occasion.
Extra curricular Activities
Debates and Quizzes- There are certain other educational events such as Debates and Quiz contests which are organized regularly. Quiz and debates are related to the computer knowledge and their application.
