Sardar Patel Memorial College, Udantpuri does not have any Alumni Association. However, alumni of the college have contributed to the development of the college. Recently elected Member of Parliament, Nalanda – Mr. Kaushlendra Kumar has contributed immensely for the development of the college. Mr. Jitendra Kumar, sitting MLA of Asthawan constituency, Nalanda and Ex-MLA Sunil Kumar are few other important alumni of the college. The contribution of Mr. Kaushlendra Kumar is really remarkable. He donated several drinking water coolers, street lights, and High Mast Lighting Pole for campus premises. Recently, he spent Rs. 4, 00,000/= (approx.) for the construction of a road for Buddha Meditation Garden and newly constructed Administrative Block.
Alumni are often invited to deliver motivational and useful lectures to the students for their bright career. The college also solicits the support of its alumni to judge/ guide various cultural events.
